Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, deposit will be forfeited and refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under your contract.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. 

Water Fun:
When it comes to water fun, Wyndham Ocean Walk resort won?t be outdone. Work on your swim stroke at one of two indoor and three outdoor pools. The kids will love slipping down the giant waterslide while you enjoy a relaxing float down the 300-foot lazy river. There's also an interactive aquatic playground for the wee ones. You can always get a bite to eat and a drink at the outdoor bar and grill.
There's plenty of indoor excitement for the whole family too. Go for a workout at the state-of-the-art exercise center. The game room is a blast for the kids and theres even a 9-hole mini-golf course.

Activities Director:
A terrific team of on-site activities directors will make sure you have plenty to do 7-days a week. Guests of all ages can spend hours in the 5,000-square-foot activity center. Challenge your family in the popsicle boat races. Sing your heart out at Karaoke. Spend an afternoon making jewelry. Thats just the beginning of the fun.

At I-95 Exit 261 ( old Exit 87 ), turn RIGHT onto Ramp towards US-92 / Deland / Daytona Beach
Take Ramp onto US-92 ( W International Speedway Blvd ) towards Daytona Beach / Airport ( you will travel East on US-92 for approximately 6 miles )
Turn LEFT ( North ) onto SR-A1A ( S Atlantic Ave )
Ocean Walk will be located approximately 1/ 2 mile on the right side of Atlantic Ave.
